Cooperation Process with Ozkuvvet Yapı
This page explains how we cooperate with international and Chinese suppliers, how products are sold in the Turkish market, and how reporting and payments are handled.
Our cooperation model is designed to be transparent, controlled, low-risk, and suitable for long-term partnerships.
Step 1: Initial Contact & Preliminary Evaluation
The supplier contacts us and provides the following basic information:
- Product catalog
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- EXW / FOB pricing
- Available certifications (e.g. CE)
📌 At this stage, products are evaluated based on:
- Suitability for the Turkish DIY and construction materials market
- Price competitiveness
- Product quality and long-term supply capability
Step 2: Cooperation Model & Commercial Terms
If the preliminary evaluation is positive, the following commercial terms are agreed upon:
- Cooperation model: Consignment / revenue-sharing
- Product list (SKUs)
- Recommended retail price range
- Commission rate (mutually negotiated)
- Settlement period (typically monthly)
📌 At this stage, parties may sign:
- A Letter of Intent (LOI), or
- A short preliminary cooperation agreement
Step 3: Shipment & Local Warehousing in Turkey
- The supplier ships products under EXW or FOB terms
- Upon arrival in Turkey:
Customs clearance is completed
Products are stored in our warehouses
- Customs clearance is completed
- Products are stored in our warehouses
- All inventory is registered and managed in our system
📦 Products are then ready for sale.
Step 4: Product Listing & Marketing Activities
All operational processes at this stage are handled by us:
- Localization of product content (Turkish language)
- Product listing on:

Local marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.)

- Digital marketing and advertising
- Order and customer inquiry management
📌 The supplier is not required to participate in local operations.
Step 5: Sales, Customer Service & After-Sales Support
- We fully manage:
Customer communication
Order fulfillment and delivery
After-sales service and returns
- Customer communication

- After-sales service and returns
- The supplier does not deal directly with end customers
🔒 The supplier can focus entirely on manufacturing and supply.
Step 6: Monthly Sales Reporting & Settlement
- On a monthly basis, we provide:
Sold quantities
Current inventory status
Settlement and payment details

- Payments are made based on actual sold quantities
- Payment method is agreed upon by both parties
