In containers, steel houses, and overseas shipments, high humidity levels and day–night temperature differences cause moisture in the air to condense inside closed areas such as containers and fall onto products like rain. This situation leads to irreversible damage such as mold formation in food products, corrosion in metal products, short circuits in electronic devices, and softening or collapsing of cardboard packaging.

To prevent such damage caused by moisture, water vapor in the air must be continuously absorbed throughout the shipment. Nemtut Cont Pack Plus is specially designed for long-term overseas shipments and works continuously for 60–80 days, absorbing water vapor and preventing condensation on products.

Thanks to its special formulation and safe packaging, Contpack has a moisture absorption capacity exceeding 300%. It effectively absorbs and gels moisture from the air. It is strongly recommended to ensure all your shipments are completed safely and that your products reach customers without moisture-related damage.

Moisture absorption values shown in the table are based on average conditions of 35°C temperature and 90% RH (relative humidity).

Absorption will vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity levels.

During long overseas shipments, humidity levels may exceed 90% RH, resulting in higher absorption under dynamic conditions.

Application Quantity:

• For a 20-foot container: 10–15 pieces of 380 g Cont Pack Plus

• For a 40-foot container: 20–25 pieces of 380 g Cont Pack Plus

Note: The required number of Cont Pack Plus units may vary depending on the amount of moisture-releasing materials such as wood and pallets inside the container. The quantity for other Cont Pack Plus products is calculated based on the 380 g reference product.

Application Instructions:

• Place the Cont Pack Plus product at an appropriate location with the printed side facing outward and not covered.

• Prevent contact with sharp objects and avoid compressing or crushing the product with heavy items such as pallets.

• To ensure effective , the container ventilation holes must be sealed.
